Rudy came to us when his owner had an unfortunate change in her living situation.
Rudy is a 7 year old chihuahua weighing 7 lbs. He is a sweet little guy who loves to be around all people and to be held over your shoulder like a baby. How cute! And those eyebrows he has are just amazing! Rudy does well with other dogs and just LOVES running around with toys in our play yard. He enjoys riding in the car and is dog door and pee pad trained. Rudy is still not sure about going on walks, but gets better everyday.
