I made an indoor homemade obstacle course for my Chihuahua, Mila. How’d it go?
Obstacle course training is a useful activity for dogs. They are trained to run the course for speed and agility, plus it’s a great way to help them with obedience and trust.
And with Chihuahuas, you can always build a simple homemade obstacle course. I had 4 obstacles ready – the weaving obstacle, jumping obstacle, ramp obstacle, and a tunnel. However, by the end, I decided Mila had enough with just the first 3 obstacles.
It was an introduction only, so it was fine to stop early.
