Pearl the Pug x Chihuahua has gone to her new family after completing 7 weeks of Intensive Training
When Pearl arrived at 6 months of age , she had been returned to the breeder and was waiting for her new forever owners to take her home after moving house.
She had missed out on critical early socialisation, so was terrified of people, dogs, traffic, noises etc and would bark and lunge at everything
We have spent 7 weeks rebuilding her confidence, and she can now play with other dogs, greet people happily, interact with cats, meet children, meet new dogs and walk and settle in busy environments without reacting
Pearls emotional state is much more positive and she is now in a better place to be able to enjoy her walks and life with confidence
Now we’ll be translating the training to her new owners, showing them how to build a fantastic relationship and build the same level of trust. They can book ongoing lessons with us as well as access our online video vault for additional support
