You want cost-effective, healthy, and tasty treats for your dog. I get it! It’s not cheap using treats when rewarding your dog for good behavior. It can take thousands of treats to build a solid behavior. That’s why I wanted to share my latest dog training treat recipe with YOU!
My dogs and our student’s dogs LOVE homemade dog treats. They are made with love after all!
RECIPE:
– 3 cooked and ground-up beef livers
– 2 cups grated parm cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1/2 cup rice flour
– 1 cup liver broth
Boil livers for 5 minutes until done.
Preheat overly to 350
Combine ingredients until smooth, pate like
Smear into treat silicone mat or on a sheet pan
Bake for 10 to 20 minutes for preferred doneness (soft, chewy, crunchy)
Cool for 5 minutes
Pop into an airtight container or other storage
Refrigerate for a week
Freeze for 3-months
